How did skOOchie come to be?
Our group of friends needed a faster way to inform and invite guests to all our get-togethers. We found that the more people knew about the get-together (who, what, when, where and why), the more people responded, and the less time it took to organize.
We used it more and more, but we needed a name!. At a get-together, a friend said, “skOOch over, I need a place to sit” It sounded cool, and it got us thinking… skOOchie could stand for SC heduling and O rganizing E vents
As others started using skOOchie for personal, they asked what does skOOchie mean, and we tried “bringing people together”, but it sounded too much like a dating service! So we now use organizing guests and get-togethers.
And that’s how this Iittle guy – skOOchie – got his name
Remember, skOOchie is your fun, flexible, fast, and fabulous friend who can solve any issues you have while arranging your gatherings. His goals are simple:
- take away pain for hosts and guests
- help people have fun at get-togethers.
