How it works? – easy to setup and use
- Enter the location. interview time and other details and add a list of available interview slots
- Limit the number of candidates that that can attend each time slot by entering the number of available sessions.
- You are sent an email, that you use to invite your candidates (or phone them, it’s up to you)
- As guests RSVP, they select a session that works with their own schedule.
They receive a confirmation with a calendar reminder and a map.
- You get a calendar reminder noting who picked which session.
- Once all the spaces for that session are full, it is no longer available for selection by the next candidate.
