How it works? – easy to set up and use.
- Enter the location, times, and other details and add a list of available session times for your seminar.
- Limit the number of people who can attend each session by entering the number of spaces available.
- You are sent an email that you use to invite guests to register (or phone them, it’s up to you!)
- Promote guest registration by providing a link to the invitation on your website.
- As guests RSVP, they select multiple sessions that work with their own schedule. They receive a confirmation with a calendar reminder and map.
- You are sent a calendar reminder noting who has picked which sessions.
- You can indicate that a session or course is FULL after a certain number of guests have responded.
