How it works? – easy to setup and use

• Enter the location, times and other details of the overall get-together. Optionally add a list of tasks and associated times
• Limit the number of volunteers that can be assigned to each task by entering the number of spaces available.
• You are sent an email, that you use to canvas your volunteers (or phone them, it’s up to you)
• As Volunteers RSVP, they can select the task that is appropriate to their interest, and times that work with their own schedule.
  They receive a confirmation with a calendar reminder and a map.
• You get an email noting who has confirmed
• You can indicate that the task is FULL after a certain number of volunteers have responded.
